It is good to know that Sebastian" ex had no involvement in what happened to him. I sure hope to be there for any of these courts,right now I just want all of this to be done and over with. When I was in Washington I had the honor to meet some very wonderful people who were very kind to me.The sad part is that once all this is over with I will never see them again. God put them in my path for a reason, and I will forever be greatful to them. They know who they are. Ginger, these are the comments that mystery's twin daughters, who is my cousin, wrote to me after she saw Roo's comment. WHICH PROVES THEY ARE THE MYSTERY WRITERS. This is the kind of family I have to deal with. Thank god I live far away and Levoy is locked up. My mother and us kids are lucky she left him when she did. Roo is my HERO!!!!!!!

We exchange information on this forum, its never been an issue about who's who!! Most of this info is found online, and allot is not!! It's not about who u are, it's about what you know and want to know about this murder/crime.

I'm happy that you and your family are safe now.What I would like to know is what is meant by the comments that were made in spanish who's children are they talking about? I don't know who this Roo person is so I can't comment on this,I'm just courious about the murder of Sebastian there are so many unanswerd questions as to why they killed him, there was never any money found on him so who really took the money?and why did they kill him? I think of him all the time and I cry for him ,and I ask GOD to keep him safe at his side with his Mother and Brother in Heaven I have such an emptyness in my heart that cannot be filled. Like I said all I want is to get to the bottom of this,to get some peace of mind.

Has anyone heard anything more on David Collins? Is there a wants to talk to me anymore on this matter.

David Williams Collins is supposed to register as a sex offender. They just let him out of spokane jail and moved him to Airway Heights for some po violation. So Far I cant find him registered as a SEX OFFENDER.

This has been looked into and he is registered

I got this before he was charged w/kidnappings and he is still in jail,court 5/12/08 unless theres another delay.

Thank you very much for this info. I sure would like to know if he will ever have to go to court on this matter concerning Sebastian. If anyone knows about this please let me know.I sure hope they go to trial.

I wrote the new court dates down a few comments ago, unless they plea out, they wll go to trial,and I can assure you both Collins and Brown's kidnapping charges are from Sebstains murder,they got those charges for knowing about the crime and not reporting it, you need to check out this site http://dw.courts.wa.gov/index.cfm...
You can do a name/case search, Spokane superior court or other WA courts, enter Carlton H and Rob Allen Brown and Dave Collins, but it will let you know where each case stands(Very Intersting Site) you can even put your grandsons name and see his record/dates etc. its a public records site.I'll just be information from now on, no mystery's etc.

Carlton Hritsco NEW court date is 11/03/2008,unless it gets postponed Again,he has a good attorney.You must know him? I've never seen him,but heard lots.

Looks like David Collins pled guilty 5/9/08, his trial date was for 5/27, and from what I read, it looks like he pled out, cause it says Guilty plea/Sentencing hearing after the trial date was posted Check it out on WA Courts.

DAVID COLLINS Pled Guilty and recieved 81 MONTHS,(6-3/4 years) for the Kidnapping-1(Faci/Fel/Flight) against Sebastian Esquibel

Rob Brown next trial date is 8/18/08.

What does this (Faci/Fel/Flight)against Sebastian mean? As for David Collins what this really means is that he will be out in half the time he is to serve right?. I'm told that people given a sentence usually serve half of their time given unless the Judge says they are to serve their full sentence is this true?. Rob Brown is to go to trial 8/18/08 unless he pleads out right?. I sure would like to go his trial and Carlton Hritsco's. Sebastian celebrated Mothers day in heaven with his Mother and his brother how beautiful for them and how sad it was for us here.
