There is so much going on about this case on Sebastian it's unbelievable. I can't wait till this is all over with Someone has to know who set him up. My baby died for no reason at all.The truth will come out eventually and the real reason will come out!!!! What I say is don't be afraid to say the truth.

Ginger, have you heard anything about the Hristco trial? They got Collins finally!! just for kidnapping 2 counts, so thats a good thing,2 down 3 left to prosecute. If anyone knows anything about Sebastian Esquibel MURDER..........PLEASE TELL!!!

I haven't heard anything about Hristco' trial. as for Collins I thought he didn't have any charges filed on him for Sebastian' I figured he was just wanted for testifing against Kosewics. We're just going to have to wait till all the trials are posted to see who is going to court first.I'm assuming Hristco will be the last one to be tried. I say this because he is the only one with a high priced lawyer and who knows how long his trial will take, I hoping anybody who knows anything will say something to us.

Collins was a part of this murder from the beginning,he must of screwed up his material witness deal cause they are now charging him with 2 kidnapping charges, the same as Rob Brown. It seems that they were in on that part of the crime,but not the actuall murder. I'm really wondering if his wife or ex-wife and her boyfriend know any of these guys,somethings not right there. Especially the fact that she wont let his kids see their Grandma...at a time like this, she's definately not looking out for the childrens best, they need to see their Daddy's family,its a part of the healing process for both, that really bothers me the way she's shut family out,it makes her look suspisous.

David Collins was arrested 3/11/08 for the 2counts of kidnapping Sebastian.

As far as I know Sebastian' ex wife sure is making things hard for his family.How cold blooded can she be I met her and her sister n Sebastian when they were all in Pueblo.But it's my understanding Sebastian' ex wife who was still married to him at the time new her now boyfriend when he came for her sister to take her back to Spokane,and according to Sebastian he was very upset at the fact that when they moved to Spokane she started fooling around with this guy. All I know is that his name is John. How much they know about what happened to Sebastian is very interesting don't think!! Especially the way she is acting with his family there is somethig very fishy here!!!!!!!

Do you happen to know Analisa's maiden name? Maybe that might refresh peoples memories,being she's from Spokane.

I didn't know her real name is analisa of what I have read couldn't you go to the Spokane jail roster and find out her middle name? maybe if someone reads this they might know it, or even her boyfriends last name.I'm planning on moving to Spokane soon I sure would like to be there for these trials n maybe even attend any of them if possiable also maybe run into Sebastian' wife this whole thing about Sebastian
