Thank you to the workers and especially to the volunteers of F.E.M.A. and the Salvation Army for assisting the people of Omaha and the surrounding communities in the wake of this storm. It is good to know that as much as some of us complain about our government agencies we still recieve help when it is needed.

The Salvation Army does do a lot of good things to help people. They give a lot of great help and they are the best place i know of to send your donations.

i know i just found out about the help being offered.iam very happy.with my tax relife check i went and got about 450.oo in meat as we are finachaly going threw a bad spell.i was so excided to not have to worry about meals for my family.i live in the sub of little itialy we were hit pretty hard and without power and damage to my house.see i didnt know that the line from your house to the poll was your responabilty till after it was over.so i lost about 280.00 to 300.00 of that meat i just put down in the basement.so a big thanks to fema cause without them i would have been in a world of hurt.i can now replace everything i had.
