please people especially to the soldier's mother....please give the sperm to the widow and help to get her bear child of the soldier that served our country.....and to the soldier's mother don't you want grandchild that is 100 % of the son that gave his life for u

Did the soldier sigen anything agreeing to his sperm being taken after his death? What if this were a woman who died, would anyone think it would be ok to remove egss from her body or, would they consider it immoral/illegal?

this type of thing happened in england a few years ago,,,, a widow wanted to use her husbands frozen sperm,,,,,

Clearly, based on his wife’s and her mother’s sworn statement he wanted a child and as married couple his wife clearly have the right to make efforts to make it happen with his sperm that was taken after his death.
His wife’s mother was right to say that "We're trying to honor my daughter and Darren's wishes, and that “All of his comrades and anyone who knew them knew he wanted children."
It is a great way to fulfill the desire of Darren to have children that will keep Darren's memory as brave US soldier that sacrificed his life for his country and was killed by radical Islamic Iranian evil regime's Islamic terrorists in the war against the Islamic barbaric and brutal terrorism in the world.

The wife's faithfulness to her husband's wishes and her own wish to bear his child matter more than whether she is able to conceive or not. I suppose some would worry about the child growing up without a father but these are unusual circumstances.

Guys like that "dead grunt and his vile buddies" helped the England "murder" the "illegal occupiers" (a.k.a. "Germans") during WWII when you were about to be over run. You should be thankful that we imposed our "brutal terrorism" on countries never causing the U.S. any harm.

It is her husband and legally the body belongs to her. If she wants the sperm she should have every right to it. Four days seems like a long time but if the sperm did some how remain healthy she should be able to bear his child.

Since the husband died fighting in our military for a useless cause I have no problem with them paying for it with social security money. The military should shoulder the burden. I do see your point though. Too many babies born using our tax money. Then we end up supporting them the rest of their lives.

As to the issue of this women who wants to have this mans baby. Im sorry for her loss but this is a preverse misuse of science in my eyes. But she should have the right to try. People die thats it honer his memory but move on with life. I am a little two sided on this issue because I feel its her right to try but also very wrong in ways.
