Actually, my friend Scott used to work for the Municiple Auditorium and related areas, and can probably add some great info. But, yes, an archive of Astros, Muddcats and Red Stixx players would make for some fascinating reading.

Does anyone have information on this type of shaft used instead of a bat. Are there photos of the famous SMOOTH GLISTENING SHAFT used and popularized by The Columbus Astros? They say they got caught polishing it with ASTRO glide. A popular type of ointment. Was it a wood or MAN MADE type of material. Please discuss THE GLISTENING SMOOTH SHAFT so loved and enjoyed-popularized by The Columbus Astros.
