Some Local Teachers May Be Out Of A Job This Fall

School is the most important learn tool for kids. The coaching, strenght and gudies come from teacher that give kids the ablities to keep going when thing get tough. Please relook at the issue a concern parent. A education is the bacis leraning and growing tools for alot of kids.

again it seems that the russell county school board has stubbed it's collective toe and are about to make another egregious decision and lose arguably one of the counties best principles.
it came to my attention late friday afternoon that one of our elementary school principles hadnt yet signed his (NEGOTIATED) contract. after inquiring further it seems that the principle in keeping with the new rules enacted in order to hire mrs Richardson also allowed for the schools systems Principles to (NEGOTIATE) their respective contracts whenever they came up for extension. well, it seems that either the school board or Mrs Richardson were only kidding when they said that they were negotiable, as the other less tenured principles were basically given their contracts based on the old Scale system.
it seems that the Principle in question asked for their contract to be ammended moderatly adjusted up naturally, only to be handed a contract reflecting the old Scale system and asked to sign it. what are you people doing? we already struggle to find good, qualified persons to teach our young ones and the people we elected to represent us fail to handle even the most simple situation with the diligence it deserves.
Please, Mrs Richardson, School Board members.......dont let your pride get in the way of our childrens futures......do the right thing and lets move on to something thats really important.

why even have 11th and 12th grade over there they all drop out, smoke crack and rob people in Columbus by that time anyways.
