Education - State Colleges To Cost More
Incoming freshmen at Georgia's colleges will pay up to $180 more per semester than their predecessors under tuition increases approved by the state Board of Regents.

Can anyone explain the reason for tuition to keep rising? Is it because more instructors are needed because more and more people are enrolling? Utilities rising, cost of new or existing buildings?
