Gangs in Columbia

We talk about gangs in other counties and the problem we have in Columbia, We fail to realize the gang that presents itself.

They clog supermarket doorways talking to old friends, talk to each other with 7 kids in tow at the Walmart blocking the aisle while others are there to get their shopping done. Or they run 3 abreast in the grocery aisles while searching for some item that no longer exists.

Yes, it is you! don't deny it, If you want to visit, go home and put a pot of coffee on and invite them over, if it is you, be mindful that others need to get out of the wind and cold.

If it is you ask someone to help you find something and don't double park in the aisle.

And if it is you I will start being rude and tell you the same thing I just said here. Loudly

yes gangs do exict in columbia tn i was in one and yes its getting serious lost boys are doing what ever they want one gets arrested and the CPD thinks that they done their jobs. walmart is crowded with red neck people that are loud but dont pose a threat to you people. some are just kids. people get a clue and start carrying a gun for protection. i promise it will get way worse before it gets better cause these cops are idiots and wont do their job.

Yes gangs are all over if you have dum and stupid lost children. don't aways put it on the parents it's the choices that some children wants to make . Thinking that not listening to their parents is cool well do the math. most of the gang related children from the suburbs are just rebellion and stupid. Stop because you will regret later from your choices not mom or dad. I pray for them all and we still love you anyway even when we have to see you in prison or in the box. It breaks our hearts. There are no real gangs in Columbia. If you question that, then move to a bigger city and you'll find out what a "gang member" actually is. There are nothing but wanna be's in Columbia.

Its the "wannabes" that are more dangerous. They try to earn badges and places within the gang "families" and will do anything to earn that! Gang members are everywhere and will continue to be as long as parents allow children to run amok. Neglected youth are prime targets of gang leaders who make them feel that they are special within their new "family". Often it is adults that coerce younger children into doing their dirty work because a younger person usually will do juvenile time.

Yes there are real gangs in Columbia, SUR-13, crips and bloods right here in town. If their not a problem why is there a shooting almost everyday?

Lost boyz are real an worse than ever. They started as friends after school hangin out an bored then got a car an here it all is. An crips an bloods an vice lords ect do exist in columbia. For those of you complaining about "red necks" all over walmart can kiss it. Would you rather have us country people sittin around not hurtin any1 or lost boyz robbing you while you shop? Times are hard an kids do what they want because the CPD is a joke. They need to step it up A LOT if they want to "put a dent" in gangs in columbia. An don't ASSUME any1 you see in green is an "LB" that crap is getting old, especially cops.

I agree there are gangs here in Columbia but, There everywhere ...The lost boys to funny good name for them... CPD is not the only joke its the SD,DA,JUDGES...So forth they use these people as snitches when they get arrested then they let them go...
