My oh my and deep waist bows too! How do you think he bows before the muslim high man? What a guy.
And for you WD....as for the Great President George W. Bush, guess you liberals do not know how to understand news reports. George W. Bush was a kind, considerate man to all of the older leaders, helping them walk etc. but never, never would he bend a knee to bow to anyone...not only would it have been wrong for him to do that from a Presidential perspective but his religious beliefs allow him only to bow to the true God he serves.

How ignorant are you people? Bowing instead of handshakes is Japan 101. George Bush held hands with and kissed the Saudi king when he was president.

"Bowing instead of handshakes is Japan 101."

We are not Japanese. Bush did a few stupid things as President, but bowing was not one of them.

Its the culture. If you are visiting you are in their culture. Just as Bush was in the Arab culture he kissed. It is respectful if you are visiting a native land to walk in their culture. Just as women journalist cover their heads when they are there. I think you are all making too much out of a bow.

He disgraces us VinMan.

CRxx, I respect your opinion, But our tradition (was) not to bow. No disrespect toward any culture, but a right we fought for in the revolution, and a gesture proudly ignored until Obama.

Whats to explain? Disgusting but, kissing is not bowing. Refusal to bow is (was) our Right, and was respected.

And who made it law that one from the USA should refuse to bow? Is it in the bill of rights? Our right? If it wasn't Obama I am sure you would say its disgusting but not a word would be said. I have been looking over this forum. All I see if mostly Obama bashing. There isn't even reasonable banter. Why is that?

Are you folks for real? Obama bowed as a sign of respect in a country where such a gesture communicates exactly that, not subservience. Not everyone in the world shares American traditions and perspectives, and after reading these posts, thank God for that. There's a fine line between your blatant and incessant hostility towards the President and undeniable ignorance, and I think you all have crossed that line.

They aren't for real. All they know how to do is put down our President. They hated him before he got in and they look for things to put him down about now. They nit pick everything that he says or does. They will vote against their own good, and make the rich richer. I am amazed, and ashamed. Is this what America has become, we want our President, our Country to fail???

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Aquarius

Money is a source of friction between you and friends now, so treat it with caution and respect. There could be a disagreement between you and a chum about a possession or a debt that one of you owes the other. If you're trying to organize a forthcoming social event, you could come unstuck when working out how much it's all going to cost because it might be far too expensive.
