All the evidence given to the jury proved that Daymar Wimbish was present during the planning and execution of the attempted robbery. The reason why he was not found guilty for the murder was because after sifting through all the evidence that was given to us we found out that this was not really just a robbery. this was a planned hit to kill Mr. Jackson. We found enough evidence that Daymar Wimbish, the girl and NY were set-up. They were told that this was a robbery when in fact only the shooter knew the real truth. During that fatal shooting the shooter killed the wrong person. It was a hit disguised as an attempted robbery. We understand that people are probably shaking their heads and don't understand why he was not found guilty on the murder charges but unless you hear and see all the evidence you can't really make a judgment. We did find him guilty on five other counts which will keep him in prison hopefully for a long time!
