Lets gets started on circle r where the management has no clue on running a restaurant let alone trying to find there way out of a wet paper bag. Where the gm wants to find his own identity by stealing Wendys chili and selling it for three times more. Wanting to to do compete with Lees and doing fried chicken and trying to take out Spy Street out of the equation. Can we say Identity theft. Get a clue John just cause you got a Food Service License dos not mean you no anything about running a real restaurant. Sherry the assistant manager that dos not know how many quarts in a gallon what the hell and you call yourself a manager how about a hack job . And the other one well Im not gonna start except for this can you ever get off the phone and actually do your job.

That place is a joke and wont last a year. They have so many code violations its unreal. Not dating the food when it comes in . Not rotating the inventory so the customers gets the fresh food first instead of last. Its called first in last out. Stuff is stored on pallets within six inches of the floor due to lack of space in the freezer. I guess you dont have a food safety license anyone do you or you would know that is a major violation. I want someone to tell me I am wrong you cant cause you know I am right. oh and Sherry I was not crying to get my job back I was going to get one of u morons fired but John cant even show up to a meeting he schedules that is a real gm for you. janice can be a little extreme however one dang good manager. I used to work under her and she always did a good job. havent talked to her in a few years. heard she is happly marrried now. but do still miss her, have a good one janice and hope all is well with you.

They seem to have gotten their act together since the opening. Now, all they need to do is just figure out a better way to use the drive-thru.

I worked at circle R... The managers for the most part are good people. But they have no idea what they are doin when if comes to runnin that place... sorry just my opinion...some of the food is good, but some is just nasty. && its not a nasty place... or i didnt think it was, we had to wash our hands all the time, and clean...alot of cleaning... John is VERY overbearing! He is way out on left field somewheres, he may know how to make the customers "happy" but he makes everyone who works for his MISERABLE! He pretty much told everyone who question him about the " making up your tips" which im sorry but every place ive worked at if your tips and their $2.50 that they paid you didnt amount to minumum wage they paid the difference... but anyways i worked 38 hours in one week and they tried to pay me 80 dollars...? and when we questioned him he told us we didnt kno common math and we were dumb.. and the super funny thing about it is that his wife is a server at the cove... I will never eat there again, not because of the food but becuase john is money hungry, RUDE, and on some kind of major power trip... I miss the old circle R and someone seriously needs to bring someone that knows what they are doing and that knows how to talk to ppl instead of insulting them.

We have been to the Circle R for breakfast several times. The service is great and the food was wonderful. The price was very reasonable. I can't see how anyone would not like it. Of course there are some people that can't be pleased with anything. That must be a miserable person.

I never said that the food wasnt good.... some of it is.... & i do think the all you can eat breakfast is a good price... but i specifically said that he pleased the customers but his employees are miserable and treated poorly.

John is a idiot. ok. hate to say it but its true. he made up little letters after his little MANDITORY employee meeting. there were 27 errors in the grammar, spelling, and ect. he treats the employees like shit. like there all idiots and he is some kinda GOD. hes right there wrong and if you disagree your gone. hes so damn worried about the customers being happy. well he aint gonna keep good employees when there not happy. i mean ok its a job. its not supposed to be fun, but if your down right miserable u aint gonna stay. death from within is right in everything he or she said. john, u need to get over yourself.
