A redtailed hawk slammed into one of my feeders this morning and snatched a dove. The dove was crying out as it got carried off in the hawk's talons. I liked that dove, it fed there every morning. Habits kill.

We need feeder stations to tie these trolls onto, but do not know what would dine on a troll, insects I suppose.

Ah the Olympic games are steadily nearing. I wish there were more coverage on the shooting sports. A gold metal in swimming or other high profile sport is worth millions in perks, but in archery or pistol,, they won't even mention your name the day after.

Some history for you, the olympic flame relay was introduced by Adolph Hitler in the 1936 Berlin games. That should make the anti American, Nazi loving Unifatter very happy.

Could be that the "regulars" are hated less due to "hi-jacking" the thread but more so because they are too "regular" and not current or former inmates of mental wards, juvenile detention centers, rehab centers, academic computer science labs, or live on the edge being obsessed with body parts, functions, or gender identity issus.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Capricorn

You're keen to look on the bright side of things and to ignore anything unpleasant or worrying. That's fine, provided that you're ready to face up to life's difficulties again tomorrow. But it's not such good news if you persist in looking the other way whenever a problem presents itself, especially if it's connected with your work or health. It may be time to face a few facts, Capricorn.
