I own 3 of his grilling cookbooks, and I entertain all summer long grilling something from either Steven Raichlen or Bobby Flay all the time. Steven's recipes from the BBQ trail around the world have NEVER failed to impress my guests. From the simple dishes (Brined chicken breasts) to the more complex Tandoori Chicken to the intricate Yakitori he explains how to prepare it all and achieve success.

What can I say I like the guy and his books are well used in my house.
