The Army in its wisdom will probably pay to put that soldier in jail instead of just releasing him and letting him get on with his life. Many people realize they should of never joined after they went on active duty. Release him and move on with important stuff.

I would like to appologize for my country's stupidity in deporting this soldier. It saddens me to think that we, as Canadians, have lost compassion and the beleif that an individual is entitled to the basic human rights of safety and beleif. Just another example of the twisted ways in which our governments view human rights.

Ray: First I would like to thank you for your service to our country. It is your service and that of others like you that allows us to be able to disagree. With that, If we let this young man go, any man could then walk away from his military unit at any time and not expect punishment. I will leave it up to the military what his punic=shment should be. I hope he is not allowed to escape with nothing..... |
