I think that the hate between the two men were the same and at some point it would have ended up in blood shed. I know Joe sierra as a very nice man, and I have only seen him defend himself once before and lets just say that his attacker got what was givin. I feel Rico should not get first or second degree murder, because he was defending his dad. My heart goes out to all involved.
