Wow! If I killed a bear in my house! I would have to justify it! I would have to show PROOF that it was attacking me. But if I call the "authorities" in time, and escape my home, the authorities have the "right" to kill the bears. That includes the mother and the cubs! But if I killed them, I would be arrested for unlawful killing of a bear.(Felony) killing of a cub (felony)! I would be unable to hunt for the rest of my life! Give me a Break! This is BS

1) Out of season and without a license to do so, you should have to prove you didn't bait a bear into your house to kill it.

2) Police, game wardens, etc, don't have a "right" to kill bears, the state has authorized powers to kill bears.
