You know something, when I first heard of ICP, I didnt take the time to listen to their music, but after buying Great Milenko, I was hooked. These guys can literally sell millions of albums without radio play or video play. Nobody gives them the credit that they deserve. I have alot of friends that dont like ICP, and they are still my homies because they respect the fact that I listen to them, and I my friends music also.
To all those that have came here and made some negative comments about ICP, have you ever taken the time to listen to them?? Seriously. Take the time and youtube a video or limewire a song from The Tempest or from Carnival of Carnage. Or better yet, dont be a cheap ass and just buy a CD of theirs. I used to only listen to hip hop until one day I decided to try listening to some classic rock, and ever since then those are my favorite types of music.
Stay up, miss lady who is tha victim. And dont blame our music for other people who obviously had some serious issues goin on in there head.

I listen to icp in the past and thought it was funny and silly but now that i am older and understand life a little more its not funny at all!!these young kids listing to songs focusing on subjects such as cannibalism,rape, murder, and necrophilia over and over brainwashing kids in to believing that they belong to a group of people that think like that. which is just sick. I listen to there music, I'm a juggalette, I dress in I.C.P.'s clothing, I paint my face and I know alot of other fellow juggalos and juggalettes who do the same were not a gang were a family we stick together through thick and thin you dont know what most of us have been through. We have had bad families who dont give a s*** about us, some of my friends are only around 16 or 17 sleeping at fellow juggalos/lettes houses because no one else will care if there lying dead in a ditch or in jail, I do realize your daughter was raped by one of us, But dont punish and blame juggalos and juggalettes blame the person who did it dont see it as he only raped her because he listens and obeys the dark carnival. Dont call us a gang dont call us useless because most of us are born leaders with a good head and a strong will. I'm a very smart person I plan on going to college so don't you dare call me a moron your the one judging me by the way I look. Okay, I am a juggalette & I just happened to stumble around this page. A lot of people take the whole "juggalo gang" thing out of context. Right now I can tell you, I have never in my life got in a fight, I am completly 120% against violence. I have held many back from fights and all. I am also an honor roll student. Yeah, they say we do stupid things like "smoke weed." I myself don't, but how many people out there that YOU are friends with smoke. You know atleast one person. They may not say. Also, yes the lyrics are VIOLENT. But I know when i'm angry or mad listening to music with violent lyrics doesn't make want to get violent but calms me down. There is a bigger message to being a juggalo, its about loving one another. & god. yes god. Thing. They are not really gangs but enjoy grafetti, & have colors they use. But because some juggalos are in those does not make a juggalo a gang.

Its like, stupid example but makes sense. A green apple is an apple, but a apple is not a green apple. A "gang related person" could be a juggalo, but juggalo's are not gang related. Hopefully you understand this message.

Music from Manson, and ICP, is not to blame for tradgeties. If a kid does something really bad, it's probably because he was bullied or no one listened to his side of the story. I once heard a quote my Manson, and someone was interveiwing him and talking about the Columbine shootings. The interveiwer asked, "what would you say to those boys if they were here right now?" Manson replied " I wouldn't say anything, I'd listen to what they had to say." I don't think music is that influential.

Okay, first of all, I'm sincerely sorry about your daughter, but I highly doubt that listening to Insane Clown Posse made those kids rape her, thats like if a few Britney Spears fans went out and raped someone, then would everyone start calling ever single Britney Spears fan a gang member? Probably not.
And even if that school did ban wearing Insane Clown Posse clothes while kids are there, doesn't mean that it's going to stop them from wearing it out of school, so I don't really see the point. ICP isn't about violence, they're actually trying to send out a positive message. If you would listen to the lyrics, you'd know that. They're against for example; bigotry, racism, etc. Yeah, they may not express it in the best way, but they really are against it. And yes, they do rap about smoking marijuana, but thats not ALL they rap about. Maybe if people would actually do some research about what ICP, and Juggalos and stuff are about, you'd see that we're not all about violence, and we're not a gang. And maybe you'd understand us, and what we're all about.
I'm a Juggalo, I listen to Psychopathic Records, but I would NEVER go around beating random people up, and none of the Juggalos I know would, I've never in my life tried any type of drug, and I don't even drink. Just because a few Juggalos are messed up enough to do this, doesn't mean that we're all like that. I don't understand why people judge all of us, for what a few did. It's not right. Just because ICP raps about killing people, and doing drugs, that doesn't mean that they're telling people to go out and do drugs, and kill people. What people do, is all on them, so don't blame ICP for it. Those kids decided to rape your daughter, it was totally their decision, not ICP's. I personality feel horrible about what happened to your child, It's disgusting what some people are capable of doing.
But, before you Judge something you should seriously research it.
I'm a Juggalette, I listen to ICP (And all of psychopathic records) I dress in extremely different ways, I have piercings, and weird colored hair. BUT I don't do drugs, I don't go picking fights with everyone I see. and I get As and Bs in school. and I'm a incredible respectful person.

It all depends on whether you are a person of self control or not. Music and movies (I beleive) have little to do with it. You just have to know the difference of what is reality and what isn't. What is wise and what isn't. You can listen to ICP all you want, and STILL know the reality that going out raping and killing people is a very unwise choice. You just have to be smart.
