Anybody know this Jimmy Rants? I need his address

Does anybody know who this Jimmy Rants character is? I'm sure thats not his real name. Well I live in Kentucky, but I will be in Colorado in a couple weeks. I sure would love to have his address. I need to talk to him about something face to face. We'll see what he thinks about KY then.
