Why not get them back to clean up Eleanor park ? Maybe they could even do extra trash pick ups on special event weekends.

Its Senior Leaders. Trained and motivated to do a perfectionist job with the gusto of a 15 year old on their first job yet with the wisdom and insight from having been CEOs, Law enforcement, etc. Over and out.
