About twice a month I stop by the Long John Silver's in the heart of Falls Church and I bring home 5 fish filets and a family size container of cole slaw. With malt vinegar on top and a couple of ice cold Bud Lite Limes, in my opinion, it tastes delicious as a dinner for two. Only problem is, down there you're almost 30 miles away from a Long John's whether you go to F'Burg or into Maryland. But, if you're like me, you may have a friend who works in F'Burg? Give it a try some time. Good luck on tonight's meal. Maybe Happy Clam can fix you up.

Willey's has a great fried catfish sandwich or platter. High Tides has a fabulous Groupie sandwich.

I grew up around Falls Church. Been to that Long John Silver's many times. I vote they put a "Long John Silver's" in the vacated space of the old Rankin's Hardware!!!

Boardwalk, welcome to the club. You must have said something right to get a nut. You have a long way to go before you catch up with me, MS and VETNAM2. Good Luck. Lake Barcroft, Jeb Stuart in the 70's Seven Corners etc. Those were the days. All this talk about fish sandwich makes me hungry.

Maybe we could get together for Feeshe, shrimp, and some special sauce at Dockside. It could be a CB seafood platter! Wait till you see all the nuts I get for this one!!!!!!!!!! Me thinks some people are jealous.
