Hungry Man.....

I know I'll get judged "nuts" for this but that's OK.

About twice a month I stop by the Long John Silver's in the heart of Falls Church and I bring home 5 fish filets and a family size container of cole slaw. With malt vinegar on top and a couple of ice cold Bud Lite Limes, in my opinion, it tastes delicious as a dinner for two.

Only problem is, down there you're almost 30 miles away from a Long John's whether you go to F'Burg or into Maryland. But, if you're like me, you may have a friend who works in F'Burg? Give it a try some time. Good luck on tonight's meal. Maybe Happy Clam can fix you up.

Now you've made me homesick. I grew up around Falls Church. Been to that Long John Silver's many times. I vote they put a "Long John Silver's" in the vacated space of the old Rankin's Hardware!!!

Happy, I grew up in Falls Church also. Lake Barcroft area. Small world. Did you go to High School there? Don't want to get to far off topic.

That sounds great. Add some flounder and a croaker and we can call it the Fab Four Groupie Sandwich.

From the blue I just realized that the fish sandwich is Grouper, not Groupie. That's a whole other animal.

Boardwalk, welcome to the club. You must have said something right to get a nut. You have a long way to go before you catch up with me, MS and VETNAM2. Good Luck.
Lake Barcroft, Jeb Stuart in the 70's Seven Corners etc.

Mr What's Cookin:
What is "feesche"? Is that european??
Maybe we could get together for Feeshe, shrimp, and some special sauce at Dockside. It could be a CB seafood platter! Wait till you see all the nuts I get for this one!!!!!!!!!!
Me thinks some people are jealous.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Gemini

It's a red letter day for relationships under the Lunar Eclipse in your house of significant others, because you're facing some important and far-reaching changes to some of them. The pressure has been building since the Gemini Solar Eclipse on May 20. f you've known for some time that things aren't working out, you're about to reach a crisis point as becomes obvious that the present situation can't continue much longer. The coming New Moon in Gemini on June 19 will see progress of one kind or another, though this unusual eclipse cycle will have a far-reaching effect. You may have to be cruel to be kind, or more forceful than you would like, in order to get your point across, but do you really have any viable alternative?
