Voted For Tom Corbett
Tom Corbett is the only candidate whom is actually qualified to lead the State of Pennsylvania. We don't need any more budget showdowns or closing of State services due to childish games at the Governors mansion like we have had under Ed Rendell. Tom Corbett has an A+ rating from the NRA, where his opponent has a B+ rating from the anti-gun group CeaseFirePA.

I can see it as a qualification for Attorney General, I guess, but I thought it took more than an NRA endorsement to make a good governor. I guess it all depends on what you think is important. I like that Onorato held the line on taxes in Allegheny County. The Corrections and Public Safety Budget, home of Attorney General Tom Corbett, increased 3.4% 2010-11 over 2009-10.

Dan Onorato has claimed he would use the Governors mansion to ram through sweeping gun rights restrictions in PA. So it's not so much about Tom's awesome rating and record, but more Onorato's plans to strip you of your 2A rights if he gets elected.

I have some questions about the chart Ron. First, who put this out? Second, I love the use of citations for Oronoto's answers, but where are they for Corbett? Third, the section on reporting lost or stolen guns, etc... If your gun was stolen, and you didn't report it...and it was used in the commission of a crime locally...and there's no prints...and they run the serial number...guess who's door the police are coming to...yours. I agree with the reporting of lost or stolen guns, that way if it used in a crime and you had a report filed, you're in the clear (of course if the cops wanted to be a pain they'd still visit).

It was put out by Tom Corbett for Governor. TC's references are public record. http://www.google.com/search... I don't believe lost-and-stolen is a bad idea, but I do think local restrictions are a terrible idea. It would create an impossible to manage patchwork of laws across the commonwealth which would be a burden to comply with. There are 53 counties, imagine if some didn't allow semi-automatic guns, others didn't allow concealed carry. It needs to be uniform as it has been for many decades. These are just some reasons I am against Onorato and will be supporting Tom Corbett for Governor.

My God.......all you care about is guns??? No wonder this country is going to Hell fast!!! Never knew God or Jesus was into guns! Glad to see everyone has their priorities straight! You do know that you have a much better chance of being killed by or killing a loved one when there is a gun in the house, than you do in stopping the boogieman don't you? I'm sure that most of you would soil yourselves right before you were killed (while failing to ever actually get your gun) if you ever had to exercise your so-called second amendment rights to protect yourselves. Remember, Freud (and others) would say that men try to compensate for short comings in other areas (you know what I mean) with guns! Oh, and yes, by all means shooting defenseless animals makes you a man too! Guns???? That's what you care about???? God help you & God help the great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania!

I don't want everything. I work for a living and don't need a handout from the Government. Figures someone on AOL in 2010 would be voting for Dan.

Guns do feed families. It's called hunting. Not everybody can afford to eat at McDonalds everyday like you do. Those defenseless animals are called food. You preachy know-it-all types are extremely annoying. Way to go.

It doesnt matter who you want in any office, The upper class politicians "put" who they want, where they want, when they want. It has been that way for over 100 years! the other fact, is whoever runs in any party, says one thing while running, and every one of them when elected goes right against what they said and does the opposite. they are ALL lying, cheating, backstabbing politicians, its a pick your best poison at election time.
