Well the police or and can only be as good and strong as the people that back then- Don't blame the police blame the people of the town that did not take the time to see that the people they hired to inforce law did not just do that inforce the law-Anyway maybe this guy an't doing nothing wrong but driven a car that ever one thinks is a little strange.I don't even know why I am writing this because I don't have a clue what guy or car you are talking about.
