EMS employee terminated

blake has always been a curtious person every time i have had any need for ems. dont understand why they let all the good ones get away. metter needs to open their eyes. if im ever in need of medical attention make sure i get transfered straight to bulloch or chatham county.

What they need is to stop letting all the good ones get away. Instead, they need to get rid of all the wrongdoers and the ones who keep running them off. No wonder EMTs and Paramedics from Candler County prefer to work elsewhere.

Okay, but let's not go and cull 'em all out now. There's more up there besides Mr Monroe that're good at what they do, and can be honest at the same time. The lazy ones with sour attitudes and poor work ethics are the ones who need to be dealt with instead. Course, management could use a whole lotta schooling in ethics and supervising too. Let's just hope this little investigation leaves no rocks unturned.

This has been going on for years,lets start at the top and work our way down.Candler Co EMS has been a joke for years not because of the level of care or even most of the workers but because of poor management.I say lets CLEAN HOUSE and start over.I have always been taught that you lead by example, where is the example here?

just wondering, you are correct...Candler Co EMS has been a joke for years in the eyes of others. Whether it be other EMS services, other medics or other people in general. They all know that it is run as a day by day service...Like you said, the patient care is not lacking, most of the time, but management needs improving. The example that I believe is being set here is how to get paid lots and lot for doing very little. The big example setter doesn't have a clue what goes on with his service. Ask him the last time he has REALLY taken a recertification class or update on things that EMS people are supposed to know...There are those who work at that service that I would love to see come to my house if needed, but then again there are those who I would rather stay the hell away with their misfitting attitudes and lack of skills.

I agree 100% Blake has always been a wounderful person. It's ashame that he was terminated and nothing was done to correct the existing problems with Candler Co. EMS. I also agree that there needs to be a change in leadership. Not only for the betterment of the Candler Co. community, but also for the moral of the existing few employees that are actually worth a @*^#. What kind of message dose it send to everyone when you have a supervisor who was caught driving without a license? Expecially when the only form of punishment given was a memo!Its actions like this that makes others view Candler Co. EMS as a joke.
I say CLEAN HOUSE & lose the upper level dead weight including the main one that claims to be a director & yet has no clue as to what is going on with the service, not to mention who is ALWAYS MIA when he is needed.

let me answer that,another EMT has been suspened,we all know that there are really 3 sides to every story.mine,theirs and the truth, in this case there is only 1 and it is that of the asst.director.she takes up for anyone who will kiss her a$$ and if you don't then you can get ready to kiss your own a$$ goodbye.com e on who will be next is right.OH i have an idea,can it be the the piss poor EMS management

yea u right bout kissing ass her ass must smell like roses cause theres bout 3 certain ones that keep their nosees up it...there are sum great people that work there but the wrong ones are being punished for not kissing her ass like the old saying goes i hope they can keep thier nose clean,,,

not her its him 702 and 720 not CELL numbers thier id numbers at EMS OK thats720 why her n the two ass kissers get along same numbers just different order is that hard to understand 720 n 721 seem to fall in suit with 702
