"private roads in grimes county"

I live on a "Private Road", the county does not maintain "Private Roads". Why is that? My neighbors and us, all pay county and school taxes, which pays Road and Bridge pay checks. Yet we get NO service from them. I am sure there are MANY Tax Payers in grimes county are just as irratated about this too. Please SOMEONE, explain to me, why don't we get the same service as others. If the answer is, any road in which two vehicles cannot pass side by side is considered a "Private Road", thats a bunch of CRAP!! On the county road that we drive on to get to our "Private Road", you cannot safely pass another vehicle without driving on the edge of the road. ANY ANSWERS OUT THERE????
