brother john Pineville, LA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #3 Feb 7, 2012 Pay your bill on time as you are supposed to do, and you and the others who dont pay their bills on time wont have to ever worry about a late fee or a cut off or recnnect extra fee. You probably have an extra fee tacked on also for not paying other bills on time.
