Jerry Brown is about to rape either the CA school system or the states wealthy. One or the other in order to balance a budget that has been mismanaged for way too long.

Alternative #1: Rape the rich. Well, this plan makes sense if you want to encourage people to sit home on their fat asses and collect government checks.

By even suggesting this option, it becomes clear that our government wants to continually hand out 'freebies' to illegals and create a system where others are 'locked into welfare' vs. encouraging the hard working people of this country to KEEP WORKING. Jerry, don't be a puss... be the bad guy for once and say the Un-PC thing. Cut welfare, throw illegals OUT, support a system that doesn't LET THEM BACK IN and impose a fine structure so outlandish that businesses wouldn't consider hiring an illegal.

Option #2: Rape the school system. Somehow this rings to mind the old phrase "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime." We need a good education system in order to feed ourselves, period.

JERRY - cut welfare, re-evaluate DISABILITY [nuts that obesity and drug addition qualify in CA], throw ALL ILLEGALS OUT and DON'T LET THEM BACK, quit taxing the hard working people. You fear 'being the bad guy' but don't realize that you'd have a ton of support if you did what is so desperately needed in this state!! If you don't, you're going to continue to see the wave of educated, hard working people FLEEING this state taking their $ with them and you will end up with a 3rd world country on your hands.

I knew it was a mistake to put that commie libtard back in the govenors chair. I mean the first time he was here we called him Governor Moonbeam and he did a bunch of hippie stuff that started to make this whole place smell like Moscow or Berkley. Back then he was slipping the salami to some broad name Linda Ronstat and I think he got pussy whipped or she slipped some wacky weed into his vegtable juice you know. Anyway he been nuts ever since. He disapeared for a long time then he was the mayor of some city down there that is mostly colored and they got lots of crime and things just got worse when he was doing his burned out hippie thing. All of a sudden before you can say whatdafook he was back in Sacramento screwin things up just like he did before. Its only my opinon you know but I am right and I think we ought to recall him and send him back down there we be belongs.
