I can't believe this guy would seriously do something like that. I used to go to Radiant Life Church with him and he never seemed that messed up. But I suppose you never know....

I know Luke Davis and all I can say is this can't be. This is out right wrong! I have always hated the law and you could say I am anti-law because of the dirty and deceitful ways they practice. I know this young man personally and can vouch for him by saying the accusations are wrong! If you wanna take someone to jail...then have the law further investigate the mother.....usually 98.9 % it always leads back to the mother of the child. I won't stand for this kind of accusation against my friend!

hes obviously in jail for a reason, the evidence against him. did the baby open a bottle of sleeping pills, crush them and dilute them in her food? what an idiot, he deserves every single bit of punishment he gets. from what i hear, inmates will blatantly make it known they dont like child abusers, and that is what he is... branded for life as a child abuser. karma.

What is wrong with this guy? 20 years old is OLD ENOUGH to know better than to drug a baby. I am a strong believer in parenting classes for first time parents - obviously this guy should not be around children. Thankfully the mother was smart enough to take the baby to the doctors - I hope the baby is ok, and has no long term effects. LOSE THE IDIOT BOYFRIEND...you know she won't, though.

Bring him to my house so that i can show him how it feels to throw up blood after the lining in his stomach is damaged. I think the U.S should adopt china's penalties and shot him in the head and bill his family for the labor and materials (bullet and time).
I hate people that can hurt babies or children!!

One more thing, after i read the preious messages. To all the people that say they knew this person in school or at church or anywhere. People do change and they also hide who they really and how they think from others for the same reason that people put their best foot forward when their getting a new job. If they didn't then most of us wouldn't really have associated with them at all. Bottom line, people change, people snap and do things that you would probably never think possible. I hope that if he is found guilty of this crime, that his punishment fits. I personally can't beleive that there are people that can hurt and kill innocent babies or children.

P.S
Jail time doesn't correect the problem either. It only creates another problem and that is the burden of the people to support criminals in prison at the cost of some $35-$45,000.00 per year.
I work hard to make my money honestly and i dont feel that i or we should feed and house some idiots that can't live life the proper way like the rest of us.
If we put them to death for serious crimes like this, then we wouldn't have to worry about them getting out later on and doing things like this again.
It would also send out a message that serious crimes WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!

No matter what I write, this kid won't get it through his thick skull. It should be mandatory for teen/ young adults to take a parenting class, hell why not even adults, we can all benefit from it. Poor child, all of 9 months with an idiot all of 20 to care for him...

Hey there Antonio Flores,

you seem to know sooooo much about this luke person and seem to be taking this a bit to personally. Are the two of you intimate or something. I would also like to know where you came up with the statistics of 98.9% of mothers being the ones who hurt their children. P.S i am not a mother i am a father and i think that your mushy feelings aside for luke, he will be investigated and if found guilty, well like Michelle said earlier, he will be taken care of in prison. I guess it won't just be you tappin that ass anymore.
As for your lack of respect for the law, well when someone sticks a knife in your back or shoots you in the head or hurts someone in your family, i hope nobody does anything to the criminal who did it since you hate the law and the police. BUt we all know that you will be the first one demanding that the police find this person and put him or her in jail, boohoohoo!!
It very annoying to hear children complain about the police and call them "Stinking pigs...Filthy Bacon Porkbelly Pigs". It's obvious that this little boy hates police because they don't allow him to get away with the crimes that he tries to commit.
Obey the law and they won't bother you Stupid!!

I am the grandmother of the 9-month old baby. she is the joy of all of our lives. i agree parenting classes are helpful to first time parents. and it is true, people do put their best foot forward. exspecially in this case, he did his best to cover up this ugly behavior. god bless the little children. she is the one who truly is the hero. she gaves us all the signs that something was wrong. she wanted nothing to do with him when he tried to play or hold her. we saw the red flag. unfortuantly, in the dark hours of the night my grandchild became a victim of this ugly crime. parents, please be intune with your child or children, they are the most precious thing you could ever have. this man who did this to my grandchild was also an abused child from an early age repeatedly. we are now dealing with the behavior not the person. child abuse is an ugly crime.

How come the mothers age is never mentioned? From the other news stories that I have read about this crime, It looks like the child is not his. So it would be easy for him to do this, maybe even for monetary reasons.

First off, she's right, the age of the mother makes no difference in this case. The case is based solely on his actions. THe law does not allow you to get away with a crime against someone elses child or your own child because of the mother or the fathers age. The fact is he hurt an innocent baby and now he must pay the price.

To the grandmother, i know what it feels like to have something like this or worse happen. For the safety of your grandchild and your daughter, do your best to keep him in jail until he goes to trial. Don't let the sheriff or police tell you that there isn't any evidence or witnesses since the baby is only 9 months old.

the truth of the matter is that this is a horrible thing to have happen and yes he will probably end up in prison but he's not going to get raped or beaten because it just don't go down like that anymore. they'll put him on a yard with others just like him and they sit there and play cards, drink coffee, watch tv, masturbate, eat sleep, and dream about the day they can get out and do it all over again! this is the sad truth that our prison system is filled people just like him and the cops protect them. sucks don't it?

i'm sorry i had to lay that truth out so bluntly. my prayers are with the family and the child. i just don't think it's right to find comfort in a lie. to many people believe the lies and it has gotten us nowhere. may god meet you where your at and hold you in his loving embrace...

I think "PUNISHER" needs to get a job!
"PUNISHER, have you been diluting a little somthing in your own food?"
Remember the law with which you choose to live under, "Innocent until proven guilty"!
Oh and I'll never look at this website again so don't bother responding to this, I've gotten the last laugh, ha ha ha haaaaaaaa!!!!

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Taurus

Someone is very short-tempered, and they're liable to fly off the handle at a moment's notice. Maybe they're feeling vulnerable in some way or are desperately trying to defend what they see as their territory. Be sensitive to this and don't goad them into being even more irritable or upset than they are already. Frankly, it's just not worth it.
