At least one city got it right in the state of NE!!!!!!!!!! The case did not need another appeal to maybe get a correct sentence when someone was found guilty.

I was beginning to think the only crime in the state of NE was speeding. NE better hire more revenue collecting cops to bring in more money for the state. The cops are doing there job but someone is definitely misdirecting them to collect money. I guess when NE figures out how to start taxing illegal immigrants then the state of NE will get its' revenue check back in bank. Until that time, NE will have to make its' revenue off of speeding tickets.

And I like this state but get things back in order of what is important. Speeding really did not cause 9/11 and not protecting are children, someone will have to answer to the good Lord some day!
