custody lawyer. . . who's the best in the county?

need to find a child custody lawyer good enough to take down melinda meacham in court. we lost to her last time and my son can't afford for us to lose again. who's the best? my child's life is at stake. any sincere thoughts are appreciated. thank you.

i am curious to know more details. my ex and i are going thru this right now and she is his attorney. I am afraid to write too much on this public eye view.

the person we are referring to
is very money hungry. i dont think she cares who she hurts as long as she is getting paid.

i read about the partner she had, jackson, and her, recusing another one of the chancery judges from all their cases. she then made it to where her cases are heard in front of the one judge. i feel being in the courtroom with her and this judge who hears her cases it is very biased .
all my witnesses said that something is up in that courtroom between the judge and her. this needs to be looked into but i dont know how to go about it.

Money plays a big part in this courtroom. Also a friendly small town judicial system.

Want to make sure you got the info I posted about the attorney very capable of taking her on and actually she DREADS IT when he does. He is as "amicable" with the judge as she is. Also - if you have a current child support order in place, have your atty research who signed off on it. There are only four in Desoto who do and Malenda is one of them. If she signed off on yours you can assert a conflict order and have her removed from the case. PERIOD. She will probably try to pass it off to her partner, but that is still, by law, a conflict and when pushed by opposing counsel, she has to tender the matter to another atty. Good luck. Call Rusty.

What lawyers did you use against her?

The best in the county is Malenda Meacham, which is why you are losing. Also, instead of pointing fingers, why don't you look at yourself as to the reason why you lost.
