I hope he isn't a liar and a political hack of a creep like the last one. Anything would be an improvment. But does little tiny Orland need a City manager? I thought that argument was settled long ago when they ousted..can't think of his name anymore. Consider how these county and city bi=udgets have increased in a very short time. I went to the city council and gave them some statisitcs. I was polite and I was prepared with statistics. They wouldn't even let me say my piece. Lying Bastards!
