This is a stupid move. If you don't want to use plastic bags, don't use them. Don't force a stupid law/tax on me just so you can feel good about yourself. Just be glad that Basnight isn't a vegetarian. He would have mandated that meat eaters should be taxed, or you could just have a salad and not have to pay the tax. Stupid.
