Somethings rotten in Groton! His "hands on" management style is what got him in trouble in Cohasset, not retaliation. Part of the settlement in Cohasset was that no complaints were to be filed. I notice he didn't "tout" his experience in having to have over-rides almost every year he was TM in Cohasset. Hide your daughters and your wallets. The guy is an absolute snake.(No offense to snakes)

Here's an article about one of the policemen Haddad tried to smear. The little bully stopped the hearing and entered into a settlement before the cops had a chance to pick his paper thin evidence apart.
