The one's that work the hardest, are not respected, and the one's that goof on and brown nose, are the one's rewarded. I agree things are going the wrong direction.

It's harder getting on the Railroad in Coffeyville,most that apply can't pass the reading test and drug test. But only so many jobs are offer with both places and the Union Pacific close shop and you have to join the union after 90 days if you want to kept your job with the Railroad, I don't know about J.D.
