Throughout the Orlando Metro area, if you see illegal dumping or even trash flying off garbage trucks, you can contact DEP to report these environmental crimes;
most wireless customers can now dial #DEP.
Callers can also report environmental crimes to the State Warning Point by calling (877) 2-SAVE-FL (1.877.272.8335).
General environmental inquiries should be directed to DEP district offices during business hours.

Hmm, pool chemicals? Do you think that 'pool chemicals' aren't real chemicals? Chlorine, Bromine, Phosphate, Algaecide, and flocculents, to name a few. Gee, perhaps getting shot in the shoulder is only a little bit of a puncture? EPA enforcement I agree is a novelty here in Florida, yet on occasion even they get tipped off who the culprit actually is.

It was a little more concentrated than normal pool chemical levels. I'm curious where the acceptable line is when draining excess water off my pool?
