Now, if this woman firefighter had carried a 180 pound unconscious victim out of a burning building over her shoulder (like most of her male counterparts can) then it'd be news. But I doubt it, since women are exempt from certain job requirements in the interest of affirmative action.

I work with many female firefighters and they qualified to be in that position by taking the same tests as me and other male firefighters. We are taught to drag a person from a fire and due to the policy of "two in and two out", there are always two that will be doing the dragging.
