While there appears to be a number of administrative corrections needed, did anybody bother to check the bottom line in overall spending with the three main accounts...1-General Fund 2-Utility Account 3-School Account? Correctable errors are one thing being out of balance is another.

If we don't clear up the audit problems soon, I believe the state should take charge.

Nope, in a piss-ant little swamp like Colonial Beach, there will always be power-hungry wannabees who could never make it in life outside of Colonial Beach who want to come throw around their weight and be the big man in town. It will never change. Kind of reminds me of the attitude of Dan Snyder.

The only thing this place doesn't rank last in is making the news.

CB Resident... How do you check the bottom line and the Auditors haven't finished the report yet? That seems to be their problem, either a lack of communication or compliance.

What I read in the paper is that the Town does not have a problem supplying the information, that is not the same as being in good shape.

Only means they can find the records not that they have not overspent their budget or that accounts were accounted for properly. That remains to be seen

Three members of this School Board are a disgrace to the Town and the Schools.
