3 people killed in Lake, Mendocino county crashes

Damn all to hell. I wanted to contact Randy(Orange) just to touch nases with him. He was truely a wonderful man, he taught me so much. Why god why him oh god Noooo. RIP Randy know that u hold a huge place in my heart i was so young im so grateful for all u did for me n taught me, i never got over u & now ur gone. Hope we can meet again in heaven, till then please know ur loved& missed..... Lydia

Kenneth "Jeff" as friends and family know him was and will always be a great friend ,brother, uncle,and boyfriend to all. He has a personality that is more of an elder towards friends.The type to look out for what was best for you. He has so much knowladge to pass on in many areas its knida crazy. He has a great smile and a beautiful heart to match. He's the type from the little time I've known him to put others before him self. He wasn't quick to judge others as he hoped others would do the same for him. He loved to show others and teach others everything he knew just so that his knowladge was to carry on. He seemed to me to play more of an other brother role who wanted to care for you even if you didn't need it or want it. His death touched many of us in different ways but his memory will never be forgotten or tooken for granted. I light a white candle for you Jeff and untill you are home with the ones you love most it will burn. I can't thank you enough for meeting you and letting you in our lives. Don't worry bro I will never let the memory of you fade .Your gone but not forgotten .The Girls will always remember you and carry you in our hearts .Always .From everyone who you touched "Love awaits for you at heavens gates".

Jeff was a really good man. The Waters family has been through so much in the past few years. First Kathy, now Jeff. My heart will never beat the same. I give my prayers to Dylan for the guilt he may bear from his brother's death, and hope that he, and the rest of the family, including Jeff's children, stay strong and know that Jeff is well and at peace in heaven with his mom now. There are so many that love you and you will be missed.

The love dedication Ive learned from being a part of this family. Always there for eachother and always at eachothers side. Im proud to be a Waters, Dylan, a wonderful father, husband, son and brother, have made me a part of something that cant be replaced and together we will get through all that lies ahead.
