Local: Coalinga state prison still falls short, jury reports

Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga is still plagued with crowding, inadequate medical care and concerns that inmates could be exposed to Valley fever, according to a Fresno County grand jury report issued Thursday.

It is not just about that simply, you have sentencing laws that need reform saves tax-dollars makes more sense.Like the 3 strike law that needs to be stroke out itself!
