Robbery suspect gets new charges

It would have been easier and cheaper to have just shot the slime ball.

I thought bank robbery was a federal crime, so why is the APD charging him?

lol..I carry an old cotton backpack that a person could put the whole state of Arkansas in if needed. I don't think I even own an umbrella.

the feds only get involved in bank robberies if a weapon is used or someone gets hurt. otherwise the locals handle it. the feds have focused more on terrorism since 9/11.

Nope. ANy bank robbery is a federal crime, but the federal authorities (i.e. FBI) has found that it is much easier to let the local authorities investigate the crime and charge a suspect, then "adopt" the case. Most local officers don't mind....these idiots get much more prison time federally anyway.

You should carry on conversation such as this over your private email accounts. We don't care that you lost your umbrella and need a smaller pocketbook!!! If you are going to use the comment section, at least make it about the article!

this guy was in prison once before for bad checks &(various other offencesie dwlr,dwi) to support a drug habit. several years ago he was a much different person.

This man is my uncle and to set the record straight yes he has been in prison before. I would just like everyone who reads this to know that he is a very good hearted person. The things he has done in life are because of drugs, he would never commit these types of acts if he was clean an sober. He comes from a very good family and was raised by the best two people I know, so before you judge him I think you should know the whole story.

how can you judge and call anyone a slime ball you may be one yourself. i have known him all his life he would not harm anyone believe me there were no weapons , so easy to judgew when there has been no trial yet , so that makes him innocent until he is proven to be guilty from one that really knows the story

God says not to judge, yet thats all you know how to do. Keith took me out of an abusive relationship.He is the most kind hearted person you could meet with a heart of gold. Dont judge someone you've never met and when you only know what you hear,just because you hear or read it does'nt make it true. How would you feel if people were talking about you this way? Thank you Daniel for giving Keith the credit he deserves.
