Man charged in spouse killing faces additional charge

1.8 grams of cocaine is a small amount. At best that's a few big lines. So how was this guy busted for intent to sell? I'd say it was intent to have fun by himself.

Not every drug dealer runs around with cocaine overflowing his pockets. Eventually the supply will run low. Ever been to the grocery store when they call for snow? Milks gone. Does that mean that the store is just keeping a few gallons to "have fun" with?
The answer to your question though is how the dope was packaged and if there was any paraphernalia with it. That could be all the difference between just possession and pwisd.

I liked the pot on jail premisis. Does that mean they caught someone that had smuggled in the dope. Was it an idiot in the waiting room that simply forgot to leave his stash in the car?

If its the former, how secure is our wonderful new expensive jail?

The police typically "overcharge" arrestees and see what will "stick" in court.
