It is about time. Thank goodness. This is the beginning of the journey for Justice for Nichole.

My thoughts are with Nicoles children and her family.

Nichole Riley-Lemcke ,Andrew Lemcke and GOD are the only ones who know what really happened. now a jury will try to figure it out. we all hope it was just an accident.

I would like to say actions speak louder than words. Is it my imagination or does this article not say that the grand jury issued indictments for first and second degree murder? If there is enough evidence for first degree murder then why is there also a second degree indictment? But if there is not enough evidence for a first degree indictment why is there also a first degree indictment? This sounds fishy to me! If the proof is in the pudding this clearly shows that the plan is to throw everything at this man and hopefully something will stick to the wall... or him !!

After all this time and now there are 2 indictments? Why now? If the first grand jury didn't find that they could bring this to court but now they will try again? It takes time for influence and money to make things happen in this country I guess. The so called 'legal' way.

As far as I know and believe this was an accident and a tragic event in the lives of two people, I knew and know well. I worked with both of them in Appleton and have respect for both. Imagine the shock I experienced when I read about it in the paper, after I moved from the area. Terrible, Nicole was full of life and love if there were troubles they kept them well hidden or they surfaced after I left the area. I hope for both families.

You know, my sister in law was not know to sleep walk until she was 20 yrs old. In her 50's she would raid the refrigerator and think someone was entering at night and eating her food. One night she woke herself while on one of these sleep walks and as before she was hungry and when she woke up she was eating raw hamburger out of the package. The last time I'm aware this happened while sleep walking she dreamed my children were 10 years younger than they are and at her house. She had a full fry pan of hot oil on the stove and to protect my children went to move the pan of oil and spilled it all over herself. Do I believe his wife could have picked up the gun and thought he was an old boy friend.... YES I DO!

Does that mean your not going to give this guy a good character reference? Those of you who want to support 'this guy' I hope you do send a good character reference to say... his parents address...!

Thank you for adding something positive for this family. Andy's family have been through a great deal and lost a great deal. The presentation of the facts in the paper is very one side due to lack of people that could not comment. This is a very normal hard working family before this accident occurred. I only wish that we did not decide a verdict then go out an find evidence to support it. Our legal system does not always support the truth. We allow emotion to guide us.

The legal system doesn't care about truth. It is cut and dried. They have a case, they want a conviction however they can get it. If they can dig up enough facts(so called evidence)true or not to support the charges, then they add very serious charges to try to scare the defendent into pleading to something. With many years of prison hanging on the flip of a coin, not surprisingly, many people(some guilty, some not) fold under the thought of sitting in prison for something that should never have happened. It's all just a job for the prosecutors, a sick kind of game much like chess only they are playing with peoples' lives. I can only hope that someone upstairs is keeping a scorecard for everytime they throw away someones' life due to their twisted sense of rightousness.

Guilty or not, isn't up to us to decide, I too knew them both, it you don't know the situation and events leading up to the incident, like many do that were out that night. Shut your pie whole, nobody cares what you think about his character. I know him, justice is in the hands of 12 of his peer. May God have mercy!

If you know the killer so well, tell me this...does he know the proper spelling and word usage of "shut your pie HOLE?

For cripes sake, if you want to be taken seriously, use proper spelling and word usage.

You too should take your own advice about proper grammar. I believe it should read "oh well" not "so well". You have been served!!

Might want to read my post again - it was supposed to read know the killer SO WELL not know the killer OH WELL.

So not only can you not use proper grammar, you can not even read a post correctly!

Good luck with your support of the killer! Perhaps you can help him out with his legal fees? Or were you the one who posted bail?!

As my family and I know very well, Appleton MN is the most corrupt place to live! This small town city has A LOT of "cover the bumm issues". And if the crimanals can't cover it up for themselves the city of Appleton will shove it under the rug or simply "try" to get rid of it themselves. My deepest sympathy to this family. I wish I this upon no one! However, this tragidy is one of many!
I hope this family goes after the local, county and state athortities for NOT(yet again) doing their jobs that we all pay for! Shame on them! I firmly believe that residents of Appleton know that there is a pattern of the "Good ol boy" system and until Dougie Moe and his brigade of B.Sers are called on the carpet this horrible act will be repeated and no one will be accountable.
I also would like to say that the best thing for everyone in and around Appleton...come and join the real world and GET OUT OF THERE. Unless you don't like accountability and in that case stay there in LaLa Land it's safer for everyone else who is real and right in the head. Also, don't drink the water its bad for you reguardless of what the city tells you!
Up yours Appleton! Chritina C a past resident who knows all you city officals are corrupt and jaded. Have a nice life because since my family left we've had no problems. Dougie Moe you weren't even through puberty yet when you were given a badge and how can the citizens of Appleton elect such a child?!? All I have left to say is...If you choose to live there you choose to get screwed by everyone!

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Virgo

Mercury is turning retrograde at just the right time, because it's telling you to consider the validity of your long-term aims and aspirations. If they stand about as much chance of seeing the light of day as you do of winning the Lottery, then you need to streamline them or even abandon them and start again. So think about what you want from life and how you're going to get it. Children and romance may be quite erratic during this phase.
