where is the churchs in this and why they want make a stand for been a good father and mother.stop the blacks and whites form having a baby they will not take care of.remember this a bad persson only will make a another bad person worst.just look back form the 1960's

no. a bad person will not make a child bad. everyone says that a child acts as to how it has been raised: that's falsely determined. what about all of the rappists and theifs who were never brought up around anything like that? where'd they learn it from? it's all in your head. and i think its a good thing that the city is doing something for someone who has been abused men women children who ever. most people look to churches to do everything. but guess what; a pastor cant do anything without THE PEOPLES HELP!
