The director of nursing seems to think she can look into paitent files at will wll no reprocussions. This is clearly against the law and why has she benn allowed to get by with this? Is it because of the cozy relationship with MV? So patients if you do not want your privecy invaded .. boycott DCH. MSHA seems to ignor this even as the complaints amass. MSHA is clearly covering their on butts. The AMA has benn contacted and promisis to look into this. Yes folks , if this director knows you personally , she will be prodding and investaging your file illegally just for her personal gain. Thank you and beware. This is the type of manners that gives this area a bad/uneducated almost hillbilly , backwoods type of view of us. Think about it and thank you.
