Wendy, I would like to thank you. You have touched my heart in a certain way. You are a good friend and person. Butch is great also. U 2 are a great couple. Thank you to Mary and Ron and Leroy. They are awesome people. Ronnie you are the best.

i want to thank all the kampers that were at kastle this year you made kastle what it is today i will miss wendy butch ron mary and leroy, and also all the employes that got kastle to end of the season. kastlekampgroud will be there for a long time to come who ever owns it i think the mud slinging should stop

First-degree sexual assault
Under Wisconsin law, 1st Degree Sexual Assault is a Class B Felony subject to the penalties for a Class B Felony.
First degree sexual assault is defined by Wisconsin law (WI Stat 940.225) as any of the following criminal acts:
Sexual contact or sexual intercourse with another person without consent of that person and causing great bodily harm or impregnation; or
Sexual contact or sexual intercourse with another person without consent by use or threat of use of a dangerous weapon or any article used or fashioned in a manner to lead the victim reasonably to believe it to be a dangerous weapon; or
Aiding or abetting by one or more other persons and having sexual contact or sexual intercourse with another without consent by use or threat of use of force or violence.
Sexual assault of a minor child can also be charged as a 1st degree sexual assault crime.
Second-degree sexual assault
Wisconsin law defines second degree sexual assault as any of the following criminal acts:
Sexual contact or sexual intercourse with another person without consent by use or threat of force or violence; or
Sexual contact or sexual intercourse with another person without consent and causing injury, illness, disease or impairment of a sexual or reproductive organ, or mental anguish requiring psychiatric case for the victim; or
Sexual contact or sexual intercourse with a person known to be intoxicated, known to be unconscious, or known to suffer from diminished capacities of any sort that temporarily or permanently render the victim incapable of understanding the consequences of such conduct; or
Sexual contact or sexual intercourse with another person without consent and with the assistance of one or more other persons; or
Is an employee of a medical facility or program and has sexual contact or sexual intercourse with a resident patient; or
Is an employee of the department of corrections and has sexual contact or sexual intercourse with an inmate, unless the inmate is incarcerated for a sex crime; or
Is an employee who supervises an individual on probation, parole, or extended supervision with whom sexual contact or sexual intercourse occurs, unless the person on probation, parole or extended supervision is subject to conviction for sexual assault.
Under Wisconsin law, 2nd Degree Sexual Assault is a Class C Felony and subject to the penalties of a Class C Felony.
Third Degree Sexual Assault - Rape
Third degree sexual assault is rape. Wisconsin law defines third degree sexual assault as sexual intercourse with a person without consent of that person. Third degree sexual assault also occurs if a person intentionally ejaculates, urinates, or defecates upon any part of the body clothed or unclothed of the victim if such act was intended for purposes of sexual degradation, sexual humiliation, sexual arousal, or sexual gratification.
Under Wisconsin law, 3rd Degree Sexual Assault is a Class G Felony and subject to the penalties of a Class G Felony.
Fourth-degree Sexual Assault
Fourth-degree sexual assault is often called molestation; it is nonconsensual sexual contact with another person.
Under Wisconsin law, 4th Degree Sexual Assault is a Class A Misdemeanor.

That's the thing, no one will get it straight.. you completely missed my point. People think Kastle will continue to go on as usual, but it won't. I don't think I said anything bad about any of the campers.. but I can guarantee that I will never camp there again, considering there are so many "kastle campers" on here defending what happened there. And when it becomes PUBLIC records it's everyone's business...

To Get it straight..Thank you for the facts once again! Yes third degree is defined as RAPE! Anyone who minimizes what happened to these young men better think again. What if it was someone you loved? Would you so carelessly dismiss it? These young men will be forever tramatized by Brians acts and my heart goes out to them! Thier healing will only began after Brian is locked away! Please don't anyone take this lightly, for the victims have suffered enough! Give them the respect that at the very least by not blowing this off as a small thing. This has effected them in ways that you had better hope you never have to deal with!
To the victims, you are in my prayers daily and we are proud of your courage! You have done nothing wrong and we support you all the way! Good Luck in your future and hold your head high!

Just because Im telling Wendy,Butch,Ron,Mary and Leroy Hi and god bless. Don't mean Im not thinking about the boys and YES it will take along time for them to recover. I don't thing anyone is saying the boy did anything wrong by telling the truth. I gree I think the mud slinging needs to stop.Kastle already has a bad name let's make it better for who ever take it over. So we can have a good and fun upcoming year. It's the people choice to camp at kastle.

Like all the facts that you people area putting out. But keep your mouth shut if you dont know what your talking about. First things first not everyone at kastle is bad news just Brian himself none of his family or sue. Brian is the one you should know is the one that is a word twister take your words twist it around and lie straight to your face. Kastle is not a bad place to be at. And yea sue did let brian out but im sure she had her reasons. Now Carol that was dumb on her part. He will probably run now because of the fact she doesnt mean sh#$ to anyone. And for the person who wrote about the victims not testifyin how stupid can you be, its brians lawyer thats dragging this thing out. Im sure these boys are not affraid to step face to face to watch this sleeze bag go down for what he did to them. Lets remember one thing your not the one that has to walk in their shoes and fill them and deal with the emotions. And for whoever is talking crap about the employees lets remember one thing they are employees and have to do what they are told to not lose their jobs. Also who was talking about the camper that was employed their for 10 years, lets be real here he got free electricity for working their and he was kicked out because Carol had a fat mouth and didnt like him and spread rumors about him because she thought that he was going to take her job . Lets also keep in mind that for years prior to brian and sue people got free electricity anyways correct i think so. All that needs to be said is Brian did what he did and he WILL do time for it, and that kastle kampground is a better place with out him their. He is the one that stired up the place lets be real people, their was nothing wrong with the kampground but him.!!! And his likeing little boys and young men. With him gone it can be and will be a better place. You have the power to do that, no one else!!!!!!!!!!

READ THIS IS THE TRUTH

In all honesty, I hope that all of you who are posting all of your opinions, good and bad, feel better after you are done doing so. Frankly, it is not helping anyone when we are all negative and attacking each other. Things were done that shouldn't have been done. People had issues but that is the case any where you go. The best thing to do is let the justice system figure things out regarding Brian and the victims and stay out of it. If you weren't a victim, witness or the wrong doer, then stay out as you are not party or victim to the crime. We all have our opinion but don't blame those who aren't at fault. I am not defending anyone, just stating the fact. Kastle Kampground and its campers did no wrong. I hope that you all can find peace among yourself and move forward and enjoy the holiday season as a new camping season will be upon us soon enough.

And Wendy, if you speak with Sue or know of the campground going up for sale, please let us all know. Some of us have plans to move out if ownership remains the same and others have contacts for people who may be interested in buying Kastle should it be for sale.

Stating our opinions, fact or not, is the whole point of this forum. We have the right to say whatever we want and that's a wonderful thing. I'm glad to hear that some seasonals have the sense to move out if ownership remains the same. And as far as your comment "If you weren't a victim, witness or the wrong doer, then stay out as you are not party or victim to the crime." and "Kastle Kampground and its campers did no wrong." Why are people going to leave? If the campground did no wrong and obviously not everyone at Kastle Kampground was a party or victim of the crime why would anyone leave? Nobody will stay out of it and I'm sure everyone is keeping track of the public records.

I think people have made up there minds because this past season at Kastle Kampground was so disorganized, it takes a lot to run a campground and I think the owners thought they could just buy it and it would run itself.

It needs to be said here, that most of the seasonals are terrific people who go out of their way to help anyone in need. My family and I have made many good friends there. Also, most of the workers at the campsite do a very good job, and have good people skills.

I would like to thank you.Yes you meet new people every season and still have the old Friends.

I know most of you loyal seasonals will not agree with this, but I know alot of people that camped at Kastle. For what ever reason (just left, bought a weekend place and tossed out, what ever) they are no longer there. Had all these friends, spending weekend after weekend with friends, eating with friends, buying b-day and x-mas presents for friends, going to friends homes, etc., while they where campers. Now they are no longer at Kastle all these friends are gone no one calls, no presents, no meals, nothing. So no I do not believe there are any true friends at Kastle they are friends for a reason. Because you are there and thats all.
