Hello everyone. I need a little help.

We ordered a plumbing part via internet from Grigg Industries 224a N Main St Clinton, TN 37716. It's was over 200.00 and was ordered on 10/17/09.

I need to know if they are a legit company. I have emailed them many times and tried calling with no response.

I can answer my own question.I just got a call from the owner. Everything seems to be fine. The original order was lost in shipping and now is being reshipped.

I seem to have the start of the same scenario. Ordered a part over a week ago, took my money ASAP and have not heard a word o on the order. Have not responded to emails and the phone is either busy or picks up and states "ANSWER OFF". I would not say this is a legit company.

I said all was resolved (wanting to be nice because they finally called). Actually I google mapped them and ended up calling the drug store down the street, the chamber of commerce, and finally the local police station. Everyone in town was really helpful. I think it was the police contacting them that prompted them to call me (with many excuses by the way). Anyway, try that and comment back here so I know how it came out. Good luck...
