o'ryan soles

he got arrested or beatin chris davis and davis came to o'ryans grandma's starting crap and hit o'ryan and o'ryan beat the crap out of him so they charged o'ryan with attempted 1st degree murder when anyone of us would do the same thing

I went to school with O'Ryan, and he was a great guy. But, just because someone hit's you and try's to start crap, doesn't give you the right to beat them to death. That's what he did, he beat him to death. Chris is on life support, and they're fixing to charge O'Ryan with murder, because the Davis family has to make the decision to take him off life support. And if O'Ryan did nothing wrong and was defending himself then why is he on the run like a big chicken??? Sorry, just my opinion.

He was on the run. That's why they found in him in Nashville and if he wasn't a drug dealing criminal (felony drug charges) he wouldn't be in these predicaments in the first place. He's been out of prison for two years and this is the third time he's gotten into trouble. He is apparently trash and is going right back to where he belongs.

u dont know crap u dont know what kind of person he is he takes care of his kids the drugs the found in the car was that other boys and the charges were dropped and further more if someone came to my grannys house with a gun and pointed it at me while i was holding my son i would had done the same damn thing and o'ryan just hit him 3 times anyway but i guess if u were have it happend to u would just stand there and waite to get shot but me personally i would try to defend myself

and the drugs they found on him six months out of prison must not have been his either huh? Its funny somebody would break into his house and put a gun in his face when thats exactly what he went to jail for in the beginning. Oh, I'm sorry, that wasn't a gun, that was a black BB gun that he was trying to pass off as a real gun. He should be ashamed of himself for even associating with this kind of element with a child. Or are you going to say that this was the first time he ever met him?

It still make's no sense to me. If he was defending himself and his child from a gun pointing in his face, then why did he run?? He must have known he did something wrong. Whether you think he's innocent or not he went about it the wrong way. If he was able to hit this chris guy three time's and severely beat him (yes that's what the new's said, that Chris was severely beaten.) then why couldn't he have just took the gun away, and had his granny or someone call the police, and hold him there until the police showed up. Right, he didn't do that did he?? I'm not saying this Chris guy didn't have a gun in O'Ryan's face, and yes I would have defended myself and my child in this situation, but I wouldn't almost kill someone. I think there is more to the story than you're telling or more to it than you know. We will all find out soon enough. There is enough violence in the world, and we need these criminal's, drug dealer's and cold hearted murderer's off the street's.

Hey (alway's me, or what do u know)do you know the Chris Davis guy?? I was wondering if I went to school with him too. The name seem's familiar, but I can't put a face with it. I went to Clinton High, and I'm 28. Don't know how old Chris is.

i dont really kno much about him just i think his dad is dean mcgee this was all over drugs i do defend o'ryan tho because he is a really good friend and i kno how it happend because i was across the street when it did i feel so sorry for that boy but he shouldnt of pulled the gun on oryan trying to rob him expessialy while he was holding his baby thats awlful but o'ryan did beat him with his fist 3 times in the head but honestly chris shouldnt had done that but i hope oryan gets out of jail to take care of his wife and kid everyone on here talks about him like they kno him but they dont he might be a drug dealler or whatever but who is gonna give a black man a job with a criminal back ground no matter how much they try to better his life but he dont do drugs and every dime he got he used it to make sure his kid has anything he could have and has been putting money in the bank for his child and his family is tryin to get that money out to get him out of jail and he wont let them but as for chris im not sure someone said he had a kid but in my opinion he should of been home takin care of the baby instead of tryin to rob oryan for drugs and money

Did Mr. Davis die? I saw on the Anderson County Sheriff's department website that Mr. Soles is charged with murder. This is sad for both of these families.

yes sadly mr davi did die nd i feel sorry for him he didnt deserve to die but he also shouldnt try to rob oryan or anyone for that matter

I wonder if you would have felt the same way if somebody had beaten Oryan to death when he broke into that girls house in 2002.

yes i would those ppl should have shot him i would of friend or no friend im not defending oryan but im just tellin what i know but no one should rob anyone the point i was makin was that mr daivis wasnt innocent but oryan did run because he found out mr davis went to the police and the police harras him already but i do agree oryan shouldnt of beat him like that but i only seen oryan hit him 3 times but mr davis was bleading from the head from oryan wresltleing him to the ground and his head hit the pavement

..........ya he went to clinton an he is 28 thats my brother an he didnt have no fuckin gun to oryans face while he was holding his son my brother has more respect for a child than that other than oryan doing this infront my neices an it wasnt at oryans grannys it was at mossys house across the street so as far as that goes everybody needs to get their story straight before they start talking about evrybody....

I was just wondering because I'm 28, and went to school with a Chris Davis at Clinton, and was really good friends with him, but it's been so long since school that I can't put a face with the name. Did you say Chris was your brother?? I'm really sorry. Can I ask you how he's doing, or did he pass away??
I hope they put O'Ryan under the jail. He doesn't deserve to be let back out on the street. Just like channon christian and chris newsome's killers were out of jail and shouldn't have been. If they'd still been locked up, not of that would have happened.
