Has anyone heard who got the administrator's position at ICF nursing home? Rumors are going around and i was wandering if anyone knew for sure.

Read the paper. The old administrator from mills manor got it

Concerned friend is right he was at arbor place of clinton and brought his wife she becane their DON and was then moved to another facility in Mo. I would watch him!!

It doesnt sound like they are very well liked people?? If he is not telling the whole truth, he will not stay there long bcause the board of directors will not tolerate those behaviors.Rumor has it that mills manor aked hm to resign and they accepted it immediately. Billy little will watch him closely. The whole town is talking is talking about it every where you go. He had his wife and sister there and the whole mills manor clan. Guess we will sit back and see how much he is allowed to do at icf. It will be interesting for sure. The board should have talked to mills manor corp. and John Sells who owns arbor place before hiring him.

Rollie Bushor is from mills manor and arbor place. He is maried to Lynn Spaulding. She works at the va clinic in mayfield and lourdes wound care. The board of directors reslly made a big mistake in hiring him, because yes he wil have the whole family there including his sister peggy from Texas. His wife will run the place like she did the other places. Ask dr Smith , he had dealings with them both.

Well i hate to hear all of this, because i know of them and it will be a big mess. His wife will run the show if they let her. She has her finger in everything. She is the only one working in that family right now since he left Arbor Place. I guess they will move all the older nurses out of icf and bring in the mills manor clan that left mills manor and went to Arbor Place with them. There were about 13 nurses that went there from mills. They paid those nurses real good too I heard to leave mills manor. All those nurses at icf had better watch out because his wife will get rid of them as soon as she can.Why would they hire Rollie, knowing he left mills manor and arbor place?

Rollie is at icf now and everyone seems to like him. The nurses said they have not seen his wife yet, but just wait she will show up and take over and then he will be out of a job again. Hope he does well as the community needs that facility.

I agree that the community needs ICF very badly. I hope he can do a good job. I hope his wife doesn't end up there, messing things up. ICF has a good group of nurses and I would hate for them to get run off. The board better keep a close eye on the money. I heard that's why he had to leave mills and arbor.

hedid not leave volunitarly he was fired and wife to at both places for unethical reasons

I am amazed at the fact that the board did not do their homework before they hired Rollie Bushor! That man does not deserve a facilty like ICF!! Its downhill from here on! Watch out ICF residents, families, and STAFF!!!! There will be some changes>>>>> >>>and they will not be good. Hope they monitor their money closely!

At Mills manor he was asked to resign his position and corporate accepted it immediately. That says alot for ones character doesn't it? He was doing good there till he got involved with Lynn. He had a wife and she had a husband. It was a mess.

I heard this week the Rollie was told by the board that his wife was not allowed in ICF. That was a smart move. However, Vicky Dowdy started there on 3-11 shift and she will be Rollie and Lynn's snitch. All you good nurses better look out for Vicky! If she dont like you.... you will be gone. Her sister worked at Arbor and she has a sister there at ICF in housekeeping supervisor. Lynn may not be on the inside... but she is still on the outside, and there will always be a watch cause for the board.

They won't have the power they had at Arbor Place. ICF has a board of directors, and the chain of command probably works there. The problem at Arbor Place was that the Adon, the Don, and the Administrator were all friends, so the complaints went nowhere. I don't think that, any old employees will be fired over these new employees especially if everyone's eyes are open. I have prayed over Arbor Place and I will pray over ICF and I will ask God to put his arms around it and not let if fall apart like Arbor Place did. And people do change, hopefully the flaws these individuals had they have addressed and they will help ICF grow instead of decline.
