U see and hear new things everyday about weapons and school and shootings and every thing else i thought a stun gun is to protect your self from people who are out to cause other people harm if he wasn't trying to hurt some body then whats the big problem? he learned how to make a home made stun gun and wanted to show his friends im sure the boy had no intenstion of hurting any one attempted assault WoW either he did or didnt hurt some body I thought no one was zappeed by it if the teacher zapped his self with it then he zapped his self not the boy and the teacher being a teacher should also be alot smarter then a 14 year old and should know how to take caution makes me question his teaching Duh!!! sounds to me Curiosity killed the cat so he got zapped he was just as intrested as the boy he should go on are you smarter then a 5th grader so sense he got hurt blame the boy for the gadget and as you should know cops always will side with the so called victim and they have a charges for every thing so they can find you guilty for some thing

Yikes! Was that a maniacle bi-polar rambling or what?(please don't be a woman!)
Cops always side with the so called victim???Generally when Officers respond and someone is actively being assaulted, they are savy enough to figure out who did what and how. People generally don't get charged with "things" unless they have chosen to put themselves in a position where they can be. Offenders often feel that they are victims of circumstance and the basic cause and effect thinking escapes them; they do things because they can somehow twist and justify it..the world against poor misunderstood them...Ex:it is not that they wanted to kill or torture someone..it is that the victim struggled; it is not that he wanted to molest the child..it was that the parents left him/her alone...GET IT???
The little Jeffrey Dahmers(sp?) of America have their juvenile record sealed anyway in CT...so don't worry about it...scientist or future Manson..it doesn't matter.
Even if he murdered someone he would get out in the prime of his life. In this state Victims and Police Officers get questioned while offenders and dare I say some "communities" get to cry foul and launch lawsuits.
plz no more frm NO MORE

Oh, I get it. I do, however, fail to see how the mere possession of a stun gun can be compared in this manner with child molestation and murder ONE...
You are a babbling idiot. Oh, they chose to put themselves in a position where they can be charged with a crime....blah blah blah. Shut up. No one in their right mind would've elected to make stun gun possession a crime in this so called "democracy" we live in. Not too many ppl are even aware possessing a stun is illegal, because in most states, its not. The main point is that there is no victim, aside from the person being persecuted for the so called "crime" he committed. The prosecuting attorney is the real offender here, along with legislators who passed such a rediculous law. The executive branches of our state gov'ts need to start leaving people alone and doing their jobs. They work for us, not against us. They should be keeping out of people's business unless we ask them to investigate and/or prosecute crimes that affect us. They obviously have way too much time and resources on their hands if they are going out and finding people to prosecute when no one has complained of a wrong doing(stings, DUI checkpoints, tedious and one-sided legislation, etc). With budget deficeits in every state, it is quite obvious this extra spending is a waste and no one asks for it or the "services" that are provided from it. Wise up, it's job security, using good people who inadvertantly break useless and restrictive "laws" to justify the "need" for their over-paid salaried jobs.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Libra

If someone owes you money and you're beginning to think that you'll never get it back, this is an excellent day to chase them up. They may not cave in straightaway but at least you'll have had your say and done what you can. Watch out for a tendency to lose your temper, because although this could be quite dramatic if you're usually the soul of equanimity it could work against you if you become aggressive or unpleasant.
