You need to stay in NY business and not Tennessee. NY needs to lower taxes lower crime rate and help major cities such as Niagara Falls and Buffalo establish more jobs. NY is so corrupt your government and citizens. Worry about your own state not Tennessee's.

I was in Child Support Enforcement and some of the worse cases were women refusing to pay and then had the gaul to be mad at me for trying to enforce.
A women who gives up her child to begin with doesn't have the maternal insticts she needs and then to not pay to help support them... |
