OMG!!!!! How do u even give an animal like him a chance for bail, they need to do the monopoly stuff,, go to jail go directly to jail and stay there you friggen scumbag, raping a baby should be punishable by never ever getting out of prison again.

This goes way past disgusting on the judge and court fine. maybe if the judge had his kids raped, perhaps a light bulb would appear.
Ppl like the so called ´´man´´ in the story should NOT be released on such a low bail if any.

When proven guilty my suggestion for punishment is this.
Take the scumbag out to the woods, find a large tree stump for him to sit on comfort kept in mind. tie hands behind back, strap legs to the tree stump. Use one large 9 inch nail and a sleged hammer. Begin the process of hitting both at the same time via the hammer into the nad area, then tip them over backwards.

After knowing this person for over 17 years, I knew he was a thief, I knew he lied, and I know how he treated his son's mother. Like crap and to abuse his own children?! Something is so very wrong! I hope he gets what he deserves. Finally he needs to be put away where he wont hurt any other child. Too bad his son wont get the financial support he so badly needs, but then again he never was on top of support like he should have been. This child has to suffer for having a loser for a father, and one who has in the past abused him and is now in jail. No child should have to go through this. Its a good thing he has his mom who will do whatever it takes to support her child, after all she has gone through she is a very strong women and will take great care of her child!

i am pretty sure this man is out of jail and back to working at Inferno pizza in Clifton Park...i saw his truck with the inferno sign on his roof today (he appeared to be making deliveries)...i sure hope no children answer the doors!
